2004-09-01 15:24:00 More england the work part of this whole shindig is going faster than I had planned So I may be home sooner than planned. Which is a good thing cause I miss Jack and everyone but I have plans at hotels and a train to Paris that I am not sure that I can refund or change. Arg. Plus where I am in Peterborough, there isn't much to do. I want to get to London and be a tourist. But things are going well. The cars here are so cool. seacrest out! 2004-09-02 10:32:00 Marmite England is wonderful. I am trying to get the people here to work slower. LOL I got an entry about Marmite. Oh my god this shit is awful. It's basically Vegemite which is basically the crap left over after they make beer. or something. Wow, this is something that I think everyone has to try because it was so BAD. I would rather eat poo. Well not really but you get my drift. UG. I got some white chocolate kit kats. Yum. Their Milky Way is awesome. like a 3 musketeer but better. Miss home. having a blast. going to oxford and cambridge and stratford this weekend. Lots of pics to post. 2004-09-07 15:57:00 Fish and Chips Things are going well. I am tired and drunk a lot, but that really isn't new. Went out and saw Cambridge, Warwick castle, Stratford, and Skegness. so much fun but I am super homesick a lot of the time. I miss my friends and I miss Jack. But now that the 4 day weekend is over, things went bad on friday and we didn't work, time should again fly. 2004-09-08 15:00:00 Chili so i had chili about 3 hours ago and I am belching BIG time. it is SO disgusting. i had to share. oh, and i have Jolt gum. The exchange rate is a shitty $1.85 to one british pound. But the sucky thing is that everything looks like its the same price. I found a starbucks, duh, and a grande coffee is £1.60. But noooo it's actually $2.96! holy crap. And a soda is a £1.00 but that's really $1.85! things are crazy. everything is basically double the price. beer is about £3.00. Sigh. 2004-09-13 15:41:00 week 3 Well it looks like work is going to take us to the end of the week. Which is nice since my reservations in London don't start till saturday. Other than seeing lots of cool stuff and taking about 1200 photographs, Peterborough is boring. All the shops close around 5 and then the pubs are scarce and all close so usually we just end up drinking at the hotel bar. Good thing is that we are making friends with the entire hotel staff. I am ever learning about Cricket. Scary. I miss everyone and Jack in particular. It's hard being away from everyone for so long. More later. Back to work. 2004-09-14 10:21:00 ooop ooop I'm bored. I'm working on this huge test procedure and I just don't want to. I want to be outside and playing. Last night was a bored night. No one cool was working at the hotel and all my coworkers went to bed super early. It sucked. I did get a hold of jack on the phone and that was super cool. Then i took this long walk in the dark around this 1500km rowing lake. It was dark and freezing and I don't know what got into me cause I was getting jumpy walking through the woods at 9 at night. British TV rocks. Tons of tits and full frontal male and female nekkidness and lots and lots and lots of cursing. Fuck this and fuck that and shit and cunt and the whole works. It's a riot. I wish TV were in America would lighten up a little. Back to work I guess. snore 2004-09-21 09:14:00 London well i am now in london and in the train terminal to go to Paris. I love it here. but there are no trashcans anywhere and i have the biggest fuking blisters on my feet. its gross. see you all on friday/saturday 2004-09-24 10:46:00 home well england and france were a blast and now i an slogging a very heavy suitcase to the airport. ug. how did it get so damn heavy! it will be very good to get home but i will really miss london. i love it here. 2004-09-25 19:18:00 hehehe One of the funnest things i found at the Kings Cross station in London.
